Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and SUPERMIND PTE. LTD.(âweâ, âusâ), the Singapore company behind MangoTart. They cover your use of the MangoTart website and your purchase of a MangoTart box. By placing a pre-order or using the site, you agree to them. If you donât, please donât order. We may update these terms (see Changes below).
What you're buying
MangoTart is a small computer (based on a Raspberry Pi) that ships ready to run the Hermes agent. You bring your own model â your ChatGPT subscription, an API key, or your own provider â and set it up on the box. The box is yours; the agent runs locally on it.
Pre-orders, pricing & payment
Prices are shown per region in the listed currency and are charged through Stripe at the time you place your pre-order. A pre-order reserves a unit from an upcoming production run. Shipping timeframes (for example, âships in about 6 weeksâ) are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel your pre-order any time before your unit ships for a full refund â just email hello@mangot.art. Once a unit has shipped, change-of-mind cancellations arenât generally available, but a faulty unit is covered by the limited warranty below, and nothing here limits the consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
Shipping & delivery
Weâll ship to the address you give us and share an estimated timeframe. Pre-orders placed before the stated cut-off ship free. Risk of loss passes to you when the box is delivered.
Limited warranty
We warrant the hardware against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. If itâs defective in that period, weâll repair it, replace it, or refund it, at our option. The warranty doesnât cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear. It is in addition to, and doesnât exclude, any non-waivable consumer guarantees you have under local law.
The software & your agent
The box runs the Hermes agent, an autonomous AI agent. It acts using the accounts, credentials, and model-provider access you give it, and it can take actions on your behalf. Youâre responsible for what you authorise it to do, for keeping your credentials safe, and for complying with the terms and costs of any model provider you connect. The software is provided âas isâ; we canât guarantee an agent will always act perfectly.
Acceptable use
Donât use MangoTart, or direct its agent, to break the law, infringe othersâ rights, or abuse third-party services. You are responsible for the agentâs activity on the accounts you connect.
Disclaimers & liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to a box or the site is limited to what you paid for it, and weâre not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some laws give you rights that canât be limited â nothing here affects those.
Intellectual property
The MangoTart name and branding are ours. Open-source components (including the Hermes agent and underlying system) remain under their own licences.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the Singapore courts â without taking away any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Changes
If we update these terms, weâll change this page and the date at the top. The terms in effect when you order apply to that order.
