Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and SUPERMIND PTE. LTD.(“we”, “us”), the Singapore company behind MangoTart. They cover your use of the MangoTart website and your purchase of a MangoTart agent computer. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t order. We may update these terms (see Changes below).
What you're buying
MangoTart is an agent computer (based on a Raspberry Pi) that ships ready to run the Hermes agent. You bring your own model — your ChatGPT subscription, an API key, or your own provider — and set it up on the device. The device is yours; the agent runs locally on it.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in the currency you choose and are charged through Stripe at the time you place your order. An early-bird price applies only while it is displayed on the site. Later price changes do not affect an order we have already confirmed.
Availability & dispatch
MangoTart is sold from current stock unless the product page says otherwise. We aim to dispatch paid orders within one week. This is a dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery time depends on the carrier, destination, and customs processing.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel your order any time before your unit ships for a full refund — just email hello@mangot.art. Once a unit has shipped, change-of-mind cancellations aren’t generally available, but a faulty unit is covered by the limited warranty below, and nothing here limits the consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
Shipping, duties & delivery
We’ll ship to the address you give us and share tracking when it is available. Standard shipping is free while the early-bird sale is live. Applicable customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, and similar charges remain your responsibility and may be collected at checkout or on import. Risk of loss passes to you when the device is delivered.
Limited warranty
We warrant the hardware against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. If it’s defective in that period, we’ll repair it, replace it, or refund it, at our option. The warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear. It is in addition to, and doesn’t exclude, any non-waivable consumer guarantees you have under local law.
The software & your agent
The device runs Hermes, an autonomous AI agent. It acts using the accounts, credentials, and model-provider access you give it, and it can take actions on your behalf. You’re responsible for what you authorise it to do, for keeping your credentials safe, and for complying with the terms and costs of any model provider you connect. The software is provided “as is”; we can’t guarantee an agent will always act perfectly.
Acceptable use
Don’t use MangoTart, or direct its agent, to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or abuse third-party services. You are responsible for the agent’s activity on the accounts you connect.
Disclaimers & liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to a device or the site is limited to what you paid for it, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some laws give you rights that can’t be limited — nothing here affects those.
Intellectual property
The MangoTart name and branding are ours. Open-source components (including the Hermes agent and underlying system) remain under their own licences.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the Singapore courts — without taking away any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Changes
If we update these terms, we’ll change this page and the date at the top. The terms in effect when you order apply to that order.
