This page summarizes the current purchase policy in plain language. The Terms of Service are the controlling terms if this guide and the legal page ever differ. For an order-specific question, email hello@mangot.art.
Price and payment
The storefront shows the price in the currency you select. Stripe charges that amount when you place the order. An early-bird price applies only while it is displayed; later price changes do not change an order that has already been confirmed.
MangoTart is a one-time hardware purchase. Model access and paid third-party services are separate—see Models and ongoing costs.
Stock, dispatch, and delivery
- MangoTart is sold from current stock unless the product page says otherwise.
- We aim to dispatch paid orders within one week.
- Dispatch means the parcel leaves us; it is not a guaranteed arrival date.
- Delivery time depends on the carrier, destination, customs, and local delivery conditions.
- Tracking is shared when it is available.
If a delivery deadline matters, contact us before ordering. Do not treat the one-week dispatch target as a promise that the parcel will arrive within one week.
Shipping charges and import costs
Standard shipping is free while the early-bird sale is live. Applicable customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, brokerage, and similar destination charges remain the buyer's responsibility. They may be collected during checkout, by the carrier, or by customs on import.
The plug type included with the official power supply follows the storefront currency selection shown on the product page. Check it before ordering if the device will be used in another country.
Cancel before dispatch
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before the unit ships. Email hello@mangot.art from the address used for the order and include enough information to identify it.
Once the unit has shipped, change-of-mind cancellation is not generally available. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply and are not removed by this policy.
One-year limited hardware warranty
The hardware is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. For a covered defect, MangoTart may repair the unit, replace it, or refund it, at MangoTart's option.
The limited warranty does not cover:
- accidental or liquid damage;
- misuse or unsuitable power/network conditions;
- unauthorized hardware or software modification that causes the problem;
- normal cosmetic wear; or
- failures in third-party model providers, messaging platforms, websites, or external tools.
The warranty is additional to any non-waivable consumer guarantees that apply where you live.
If something is wrong on arrival
Email hello@mangot.art with:
- the order email or order reference;
- the device code in
MT-XXXXXXXXformat; - a clear description of the problem;
- what you already tried; and
- photos or screenshots when they help show the issue.
Do not factory-reset the device or remove it from your account unless support asks you to. Unbinding permanently deletes its cloud backups, and a factory reset removes local user state.
Software and third-party services
The hardware warranty does not guarantee that an AI agent will always produce a correct result or that a third-party provider will remain available. MangoTart includes updates, diagnostics, rollback, and recovery controls, but model providers, messaging platforms, websites, and tools have their own terms and service levels.
Start with Troubleshooting for an operational issue. For damaged hardware, an order problem, or a case that remains unresolved, contact support.
Before transferring or returning a device
Protect your data first:
- Export or download any backup you want to keep.
- Sign out of sensitive website accounts in the device browser where possible.
- Factory-reset the device to remove local agent state and credentials.
- Unbind it from your MangoTart account only when you are ready—unbinding permanently deletes its cloud backups.
